Bite Size: The results of Killarney on the 23rd of May

Remember we posted about Killarney on the 3rd of May?

Well, despite a camera mulfunction, we were there.

Overall the day was quite good. After arriving at a good time to see the cars in action, we hoped that it would never end.

We’ll try keep this short, so here goes.

The day started with MSA drags and track racing which took place.

The winner of the MSA drags was Ishmael with his Speed & Sound Uno Turbo, with Luc Luchesi coming in second place with his Opel Corsa Turbo. The final race saw the Uno doing a 12.2 sec 1/4 mile, while the Corsa Turbo did a 11.6 sec 1/4 mile.  Ishmael in his Uno T completely out launched the Corsa and this caused the win, but, it was very close at the end as Luc was boosting down the strip to catch him.

The street 2 strip was going to start soon, where the rain was coming. There were a few little dashes of rain, and this saw many competitors have to drive down the track to try and dry it out.

We did not get to see the gymkhana, and we did not get images of the street2strip due to bad lighting and a bad camera.
