Frankfurt 2009: Meluks RS2000 — The ‘79 Successor

Melkus has introduced their latest sports car since the RS1000 from 1979. The new RS2000 was at the Frankfurt Motor Show where it was partially hand-made from carbon fibre. The overall weight is 950kg, and the engine is a 1.8-litre supercharged unit sourced from Toyota.
