Ferrari Are Planning To Rival Bugatti’s Veyron With The F70
Ferrari are looking to rival the hypercars with their new F70. The Italian supercar maker are looking to challenge the Bugatti Veyron as well as the Lamborghini Reventon with their new FXX-based F70. There will be more power than the Enzo, along with better turbocharging.
The turbochargers will be connected to electric motors and this will spool the turbo from low rpm in an attempt to eliminate the horrible turbo-lag. The engine will be a twin-turbocharged V8 unit which gains a lot of influence from the FXX.
The design of the FXX will be on par with that of the Millechilli concept.
Expect 660-horsepower along with a 0-100km/h time of below 3 seconds.
